1How did we calculate these savings?
We undertook an analysis across a range of appliances to give you an idea of the potential savings when switching to an all-electric home. The analysis considered a residential customer in the ACT and used general estimations and typical usage patterns to calculate energy savings. Savings for a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher are based on figures from Sustainability Victoria. The energy savings figures are provided for information purposes and are not guaranteed. Actual savings will vary depending on individual usage, environmental conditions and other factors.
