Credits and refunds

If you have a credit on your account, here's how to request a refund or transfer.

Transferring or refunding credits on your account.

If your ActewAGL account has a credit balance, you can:

  • transfer the credit to another ActewAGL electricity or gas account
  • choose to have the credit refunded.

The easiest way to do this is by logging in to your account at My.ActewAGL, or by calling us on 13 14 93.

Note that if you are using EvenPay and choose to refund your credit, it may impact your future EvenPay payment amount.
