Your rights and obligations

Note: If you are a small customer transferred to ActewAGL Retail as a result of a Retailer of Last Resort (RoLR) event, you will automatically be placed on ActewAGL’s standard retail contract. If you are a large market customer transferred to ActewAGL as a result of a Retailer of Last Resort (RoLR) event, you will automatically be supplied under a deemed large customer retail arrangement.
