Eligible concession cards

Eligible concession cards:

• Government Energy Concession Card; or
• Commonwealth Health Care Card; or
• Commonwealth Pension Concession Card; or
• War Widows Repatriation Card; or
• Department of Veterans Affairs Pension Card; or
• Department of Veterans Affairs TPI Card (gold); or
• Department of Veterans Affairs Repatriation Health Card (gold).

For households that are not eligible for the concession cards listed above but where the household is experiencing financial hardship will need to be referred by a specified community organisation or are accessing an energy retailer’s hardship program will be eligible for a concession rebate under the Offer.
