Employee Experience Solutions
The primary focus for this branch is to meet the needs of the business now and into the future through: talent sourcing, organisational capability and culture and operational learning services (training and development).
People Solutions and Support
The branch partners with business areas to provide first point of call advice and information on all things People, Safety and Culture to ensure processes and programs are appropriately tailored to meet specific divisional needs. This team is also home to payroll, HR systems and reporting.
The branch works with industrial instruments such as the Fair Work Act 2009 and enterprise agreements, facilitates enterprise bargaining and embeds organisational change and realignment.
Health and Safety
This branch drives health and well-being, safety advisory, industrial hygiene and safety, safety analytics; risk; work practices; workers compensation and income protection policies; injury management and ownership of the Guardian system (our safety risk management system).
Our Graduates move through rotations across People, Safety and Culture. This sees exposure to the functions of Employee Experience Solutions, People Solutions and Support and Health and Safety.
You’ll get hands on experience with real projects, that see impact right across the business.
You’ll get exposure across all business areas including ActewAGL Distribution, ActewAGL Retail, Evoenergy and Icon Water.
