Rebates — support when it's needed
At ActewAGL, we understand that when circumstances change, the last thing people want to worry about is whether their basic services will be affected.
That's why we believe in giving our customers a helping hand. ActewAGL administers a variety of rebate schemes on behalf of the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales Governments, which also set the eligibility criteria.
If you hold a current pensioner concession card, Healthcare card or Veterans' Affairs card or are dependent on life support equipment, you may be eligible for rebates on water and sewerage, and/or electricity services. There are also several water-saving rebates that you may be able to apply for if you live in the ACT.
