Your rights and obligations

Your rights and responsibilities as a customer of ActewAGL are set out in the contract that you signed with us and in the ActewAGL privacy policy and the website security statement.

If you are an ActewAGL customer in the ACT, the ActewAGL customer summary contains your rights and obligations as a customer as well as information about performance and service standards and regulatory bodies.
