Consultants
Consultants working for ActewAGL will be required to provide services under
the terms of the general conditions of contract for consultancy services.
The issue of either a letter of acceptance or a purchase order will form a
contract between ActewAGL and the
consultant, and the general conditions of contract for consultancy services
will form part of the contract terms.
The general conditions of contract to be used will depend on the ActewAGL business
unit requiring the consultancy services. One of the following will be used:
