Your rights as an ActewAGL small business customer

If you are a customer who has not signed a contract with us and remain on a transitional franchise tariff your rights and responsibilities are set out in the ActewAGL customer summary or the NSW natural gas customer charter (Acrobat Reader required ).

Your rights and responsibilities as a customer of ActewAGL are set out in the contract that you signed with us and in the ActewAGL Privacy Policy and the website security statement.
