Everyday and everywhere across ActewAGL and TransACT there are individuals and teams who excel at different elements of their job.

The organisations have introduced the Shooting Stars program, to award our employees for their exceptional service to the organisation and the community.

ActewAGL and TransACT values its customers and appreciate their feedback. That's why we want to hear from you if you've had dealings with an individuals or teams who have gone above and beyond their duty to deliver exceptional customer service or taken initiative towards improving the wellbeing of the community.

Shooting Stars awards are presented in four categories

• Superior customer or community focus – awarded to individuals or teams who have gone above and beyond their duty to deliver exceptional customer service to internal or external clients, or take initiative towards improving the wellbeing of the community.
• Top performance – awarded to individuals or teams who have achieved exceptional results relating to specific projects.
• Commitment and dedication – awarded to individuals or teams who make a consistent and valued contribution to the organisation through their everyday work.
• Life Guard excellence – awarded to individuals or teams for outstanding results or initiatives in health, safety and environment.
