ActewAGL offer customers a wide choice of plans for your energy account that can help you control the amount you spend on your energy at home.

Direct Debit

Direct debit allows to pay accounts by automatically transferring funds from your financial institution account. You still receive notification of your usage and cost, but you no longer have to worry about forgetting due dates.

A number of options are available, including:

Full balance
The full account balance will be paid from your designated banking account on the due date.

Set and forget
Your payments are averaged out for the year, and you can choose to have deductions take place either monthly or fortnightly. If your consumption levels vary, we automatically re-average the amount.

Budget
You set the amount you wish to pay on a date you nominate. If there is an outstanding balance at the end of the account period, you pay the balance by the due date.
