As an ActewAGL customer you may be on one of our transitional franchise tariff plans, you may have signed a fixed term agreement for one or a number of our services and/or we provide you with water and wastewater services.

If you are an ActewAGL customer in the ACT, the ActewAGL customer summary contains your rights and obligations as a customer as well as information about performance and service standards and regulatory bodies.
