If you are moving house or building a new home you can submit your requests online for service changes or disconnection.

ActewAGL customers who hold a current pension concession card, health care card or Veterans' Affairs card or are dependent on life support equipment may be eligible for to receive a rebate for water/sewerage and/or electricity/natural gas expenditure.
