Green choices for your business
The environment is today's hot issue and that means people are expecting businesses to play their part. So making a green choice is not just about being a good corporate citizen, it could also give you a competitive edge. When you offset all or part of your energy use by signing up to Greenchoice, you will help to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by increasing the amount of electricity generated from 'green' sources.
Percentage-based option
This option is available to ActewAGL customers. This means you choose what percentage of your ActewAGL electricity account will be offset by green sources. The 200% plan puts you in ‘carbon credit’ to help offset other environmental impacts of your business. In this case, the cost for Greenchoice will vary each quarter, depending on your total electricity use.
