This addendum is for information purposes only and does not form part of the Access Arrangement. The addendum is to be read in conjunction with the Access Arrangement. All charges in this addendum are exclusive of GST and expressed in 2008-09 dollars. This addendum will be updated on 1 July each year and at other times as required.
