Disconnection

Moving out of town?

To finalise your account, you’ll need to request a final electricity and/or natural gas meter reading online.

To complete these forms you will need

  • to notify us 3 working days in advance
  • your account details
  • your natural gas meter reading (if applicable).

To finalise your account over the phone, call 13 12 93.
