Applying for direct debit online — frequently asked questions


Who can use the direct debit application?

The direct debit application form can be used by all ActewAGL customers.

What information do I need to complete the application?

Your need your ActewAGL account details, which can be found on your accounts, and your bank account and/or credit card details.

Why can't I apply for direct debit online? Why do I have to print my application and return it to ActewAGL?

We need your signature to set up direct debit arrangements with your bank or credit union.
