What are my rights?

As an ActewAGL customer you may be on one of our transitional franchise tariff plans, you may have signed a fixed term agreement for one or a number of our services and/or we provide you with water and wastewater services. For more information please refer to 'Your rights' option on our website.

Am I eligible for a rebate?

The rebate scheme is funded by the respective state and territory governments (the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales Governments), which also set the criteria for eligibility. ActewAGL administers the rebate scheme for our customers on behalf of the respective governments.

ActewAGL customers who hold a current pension concession card, health care card or Veterans' Affairs card or are dependent on life support equipment may be eligible for to receive a rebate for water/sewerage and/or electricity/natural gas expenditure.
