   Yes, the Eco-living exhibition closed on Sunday 17 December 2006.

   ActewAGL, ACTEW Corporation (ACTEW) and Canberra Investment Corporation (CIC).
3. How long did the project take from idea inception to completion?
   Pre-planning started late in 2004 and construction commenced in July 2005. The exhibition was launched in February 2006.
4. Were the houses sold?
   Yes. 11 and 13 Roma Mitchell Crescent were put up for auction in December 2006.

   9 Roma Mitchell Crescent
   The contract sum for building was $395,675 (GST inclusive). Of this sum approximately $60,000 was identified as environmental sustainable design innovations.

   The contract sum for building was $293,165 (GST inclusive). Of this sum approximately $22,000 was identified as environmental sustainable design innovations.

   The contract sum for building was $363,524 (GST inclusive). Of this sum approximately $40,000 was identified as environmental sustainable design innovations.
