These increases are a result of a number of industry factors outside of the control of energy retailers.
We understand these price increases may cause financial stress or significant hardship, which is why we have announced
a new Energy Support Fund, which we started rolling out from 1 July. We’re also strengthening our commitment to our
Staying Connected program and providing customers with personalised support to help them manage their bills.
