If you’re having trouble paying your energy bills,
we’ll work with you to keep you connected.

On 1 July, Australians everywhere saw their energy prices increase.
These increases are a result of a number of industry factors outside of the control of energy retailers.

We understand these price increases may cause financial stress or significant hardship, which is why we have announced
a new Energy Support Fund, which we started rolling out from 1 July. We’re also strengthening our commitment to our
Staying Connected program and providing customers with personalised support to help them manage their bills.

From 3 July customers can call our new Bill Helpline on 13 12 93
to seek personalised advice on their energy bills.
