Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions and a 24-month agreement apply. All charges are GST inclusive unless specified otherwise.

ActewAGL electricity, natural gas (if you have an existing account) and fixed-line phone are compulsory services to include in a Bundle Agreement. A discount of 25% applies to a Bundle of 7 services. Seven services only available in TransACT network areas.

Discount on ActewAGL electricity or TransACT bill does not apply to special meter reads or other miscellaneous fees and charges, including government taxes, charges or levies. Maximum discount of $500 per annum (GST inclusive).
