How to pay your account
Monthly invoices can be emailed to you and electronic funds transfer (EFT) is available to action payments.
You can access your account information with our online account management system, epayplus, using your username and password.

Paying utility bills is one of the more time consuming and tedious tasks of everyday life. If you run a multi-site business you may get hundreds of these bills a month. It can become a full-time job. With our Consolidate Plus service, we can manage your utility bills, regardless of the supplier — you simply make one payment once a month to ActewAGL.
Enquiries/Updating business details
If you need to advise us of a change to any of your business details, including your ABN, contacts and address details, please call 13 14 93.
