What is the promotion period?
Eligible purchases must take place between 1 April 2017 and 31 August 2017 for Natural Gas hot water, ducted heating and flued heating. The installation must take place by 30 September 2017.
Online claim forms must be submitted by 15 October 2017.
What appliances are eligible?
Ducted natural gas heating appliances are eligible if they have been purchased from one of the appliance retailers listed below, during the promotion period as a replacement of an existing non-gas heater. If upgrading from an existing ducted heater to a new ducted heater, the new heater must have an efficiency rating of 5 or 6 stars.
Natural gas hot water systems are eligible if they have been purchased from one of the appliance retailers listed below during the promotion period as a replacement of an existing non-gas hot water system.

Am I eligible?
The eligible appliance must be installed at a residential address within the ActewAGL Distribution gas network region. To check if your premises is located in the ActewAGL Distribution gas network region, please contact 02 6248 3827. Certain premises, such as new homes and government projects, are excluded from the promotion. See the full terms and conditions for details.

There are 17 participating appliance retailers listed below.

How do I lodge my claim?
Claims can be lodged by going to www.naturalgascashback.com.au/act and clicking the ‘ACT Consumer’ button. Claims can also be lodged by printing the claim form and sending it with the required documents to Natural Gas ACT PO BOX 1070 South Melbourne VIC, 3025.
What is the limit on rewards claims?
There is a limit of two rewards claims per residence. Two separate claim forms will need to be lodged.
What required documents do I need to lodge my claim?
You will need copies of the compliance certificate and receipt of purchase (invoice). Your appliance must be installed before a claim can be lodged.
I haven’t received my compliance certificate, what should I do?
Contact the appliance retailer (store) you bought your appliance from and ask them about your compliance certificate.
How long does it take to get my Natural Gas Rewards card?
Your Natural Gas Rewards card will be sent within 15 business days from when you submit a valid claim.
How long is my Natural Gas Rewards card valid for?
It is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Where can the Natural Gas Rewards card be used?
Anywhere in Australia where eftpos is accepted.

Where do I find my card PIN?
The PIN is printed on the back of the Natural Gas Rewards eftpos card.
How much will my reward be?
Receive a $800 Natural Gas Rewards Eftpos card when you purchase and install a high efficiency ducted gas heating system as a replacement for your current non-gas heating.
Receive a $400 Natural Gas Rewards Eftpos card when you upgrade to your old natural gas ducted heating system with a new high efficiency ducted natural gas heating system.
Receive a $400 Natural Gas Rewards Eftpos card when you purchase and install a new gas space heater.
Receive a $400 Natural Gas Rewards Eftpos card when you purchase and install a new natural gas hot water appliance as a replacement for your current non-gas hot water system.
