Shooting Stars awards are presented in four categories.

  • Commitment and dedication – awarded to individuals or teams who make a consistent and valued contribution to the organisation through their everyday work.
  • Superior customer or community focus – awarded to individuals or teams who have gone above and beyond their duty to deliver exceptional customer service to internal or external clients or take initiative towards improving the wellbeing of the community.
  • Top performance – awarded to individuals or teams who have achieved exceptional results relating to specific projects.
  • Always safe excellence – awarded to individuals or teams for outstanding results or initiatives in health, safety and environment.
