Why are we changing?

Currently, ActewAGL is the brand name used for the retail business and the electricity and natural gas networks business. You’ll still talk to ActewAGL, or another retailer, about your energy bills. But Evoenergy will deliver your electricity and gas through our networks to you.

This change has been brought about from a decision by the Australian Energy Regulator.

This is simply a name change. What doesn’t change is our commitment to you.

We will continue to maintain the electricity and gas networks with a high standard of service, safety and reliability.

Evoenergy

What does this mean for ACT customers?

We will continue to maintain the electricity and gas networks with the high standard of service, safety and reliability that we currently provide.

You can continue to report unplanned outages on the emergencies and faults line 13 10 93 for electricity and 13 19 09 for gas.

Our Greenway depot is still available to make payments for requested electricity work, to purchase meter padlocks and seek general advice regarding electricity and gas infrastructure.

What does this mean for gas customers in NSW?

For consistency, the natural gas network business in Queanbeyan, Jerrabomberra, Bungendore and Nowra will also be rebranded Evoenergy.

Evoenergy and our existing contractor Zinfra will continue to maintain the gas network in these areas with the high standard of service, safety and reliability that we currently provide.

You can continue to report unplanned outages on the emergencies and faults line 13 19 09
