Rebates — support when it's needed

ActewAGL administers a variety of rebate schemes on behalf of the ACT and NSW governments, which also set the eligibility criteria, and provides advice to the ACT Government when prices are varied. When these prices rise it is usual for the rebates to increase by the percentage increase of the particular service — but the decision to do so is not in ActewAGL's control.

If you hold a current Pensioner Concession card, Health Care card or Veterans' Affairs gold card and/or are dependent on life support equipment, you may be eligible for a rebate or concession on your service account.
