Self service platform
We’re always working on ways to improve your experience, and we’re excited to announce that a new ActewAGL online self-service platform will be launched on 30 January 2018.
The new platform will provide you with 24/7 access to manage your accounts.
As part of these improvements, from 30 January we’re also changing the look of our electronic bill notifications.
You don’t need to do anything, just sit back and be one of the first to experience our new self-service platform.
You will have access to a new online self-service platform to manage your accounts all in one place. This change means that epayplus, our current online account management service, will be transformed into a new online self-service platform.
If you’re an existing epayplus customer you can still access and manage your accounts in the same way as you did before (just with extra features!)
The new online customer platform is launching on 30 January 2018.
You don’t need to do anything, just be aware of the change. You should also know that our electronic bill notifications will look different from the first bill issued after 30 January.
All ActewAGL customers will be able to register and access the online self-service platform. To make registration easy, make sure we already have your email address on file for all your accounts.
Are you an epayplus customer? If so, you’ll be able to log in to the self-service platform using your epayplus login details.
Not an epayplus customer? Registration is easy. All you’ll need to do is create a new username and password to get started. We’ll ask you a few questions to verify it’s you before you can log in and register your accounts.
If you're already registered with epayplus, you can retrieve your forgotten username or reset your password until the 29th January.
