- Book a tour of our treatment plant — Book a tour of the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre or other water treatment plants
- Book a school visit — Arrange a visit for your school or community event by an ActewAGL officer
- Water conveyancing requests — Solicitors or conveyancers can request information on the outstanding charges relating to a property or properties.
- Report a water wastage incident or breach — If you believe you have witnessed a breach of Permanent Water Conservation Measures you may use this form to contact the Water Conservation Office. You will be asked to supply the address where the contravention has occurred, what the breach was and at what time the breach occurred.
- Water restrictions exemption form — Apply for an exemption from water restrictions or water conservation measures
- Employment application coversheet — This form should be attached to all ActewAGL job applications

- Theft report — Tell us if you think someone is stealing electricity or water from ActewAGL.
