Connect to natural gas
- Check with your gas retailer (ACT / NSW) that your home is in an area that has access to natural gas. If natural gas is available you will need to complete a connection form.
- Organise your natural gas appliance installation or conversion of existing LPG appliances. We recommend you use an appliance retailer or an accredited gas fitter.
- ActewAGL will install the gas meter and service pipe prior to the gas fitter installing or converting your existing appliances. Your gas fitter will then turn the gas on once your appliances have been installed.
