How to refuel your CNG vehicle
Start at the pay station. Swipe your fuel card, enter your vehicle kilometres and pump number. The tank will automatically start to fill. The auto pay will ask if you would like a receipt.
Connect nozzle to vehicle CNG fuelling point and lock into position by turning the control valve — no gas will flow until this valve is locked. This is a quick connect fitting that makes a CNG fill-up both quick and safe.
When the tank is full and the gas flow stops, turn the control valve to release latent pressure left in the hose. Disconnect nozzle and return to pump dock.
To leave, drive up to the gate, which will automatically open.
For your safety, there is an emergency stop button located at the end of pump 3. In case of emergency at the refuelling station, follow the CNG emergency procedures.
