About our graduate development program

The Graduate Development Program is a two year rotation program where graduates will rotate through three eight-month placements within their division, and sometimes in other divisions within the business. Each rotation will involve a combination of both on-the-job training and development, and formal learning opportunities.

Graduates involved in the program will be required to complete several key courses within the two years, helping to prepare them for future leadership roles within the organisation.

The ActewAGL Graduate Development Program:

  • uses your existing skills, knowledge and experience and provides opportunities for you to develop new skills
  • provides opportunities for mentoring with more senior employees who can provide support, advice and career guidance as required, as well as opportunities to network with other graduates to learn about other business areas and share experiences
  • provides an opportunity to rotate throughout different areas of the business, which gives great exposure and experience.
